abamentis ltd does not pass on any personal data received during the process of its business.   


If you contact us, we may keep a record of our correspondence until such time that it is no longer needed for the purposes of that correspondence.

You may request the destruction of your personal data from our records at any time by emailing admin@abamentis.com.

  • Disposal of hard copy information will be by crosscut shredding
  • Disposal of digital information will be by proprietary destruction software shredding employing DoD 5220.22M standard and /or 35 round overwrite Guttman algorithm.

More Secure Communication Our systems and processes are as secure as the restrictions of standard digital communication media permit.  For the transmission of highly sensitive information, we prefer to discuss your needs directly and will normally use other encrypted means such as Egress Switch, other end to end encryption systems or relevant existing client systems where possible.
