Organisational Coach Supervision and ICF Coach Mentoring
We specialise in the organisational field and offer coach development through coach supervision, ICF coach mentoring and coaching retreats.
Suzanne was the 21st Master Certified Coach, MCC in the UK (the closest she can now get to 21!) and is one of the few coaches in the UK who is also a Certified Transactional Analyst (Organisational field), CTA (O), trained Mediator and qualified Coach Supervisor. She has contributed to various Coaching and TA publications, most recently the supervision chapter in the Henley Course Book “The Coaches Handbook” published in 2020.
Suzanne is external faculty for Henley Business School, providing teaching, ICF coach mentoring and supervision for their Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching.
She also offers individual coach supervision and ICF coach mentoring both of which are a small but really important part of her practice, typically working with 4/5 private clients at any one time.

As coaches yourselves, you know the importance of ongoing professional development. It is a cornerstone of our profession, ensuring we continue developing our skills as much as we encourage our clients to develop theirs.
Suzanne’s professional development includes over 10 years as MCC, Master Certified Coach, and Coach Supervisor. She is also a trained mediator and has over 11,000 coaching hours and over 3,000 CPD hours.
Suzanne reaccredits annually with CSA the Coaching Supervision Academy, annually with UKATA, the UK Association for Transactional Analysis and renews her MCC every 3 years. She averages 140 CPD hours a year.

Wendy Bedborough
Wendy and Suzanne met in 2014 through their early training in Systemic Coaching and Constellations. They went on to the first Path to Mastery programme and have supported each other in numerous trainings since. Suzanne and Wendy delivered the first abamentis coaches retreat in January 2020.
Wendy has over 25 years experience in Senior business/HR roles in the corporate environment, and now offers coaching, consultancy and facilitation for leaders at Senior and C-Suite level across Europe and the Middle East in a wide range of business sectors.
Wendy has a degree in Business and HR Management, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an NLP Master Practitioner and Certified European Coach, and holds a PCC Credential with the ICF. She is also certified to deliver a wide range of psychometric tools, and is a LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
Sectors include: Government, Military, Scientific/Space, Education, Technology, Financial, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Fashion.
Wendy works as a Systemic Leadership Coach, and is known for her warmth, emotional sensitivity and sense of fun as well as her courage to challenge others in service of their development. She is adept at creating a “safe space” for her clients to explore and experiment with behaviours that will support them in showing up differently in the workplace. Her work draws on Psychology, Somatics, NLP, Systemic Coaching and Constellations and a good dose of common sense.
Clients have included: The Cabinet Office Astra Zeneca, Barclays, Berghaus, Eumetsat, European Commission, Cisco, GSK, Juniper, RBS.

Elizabeth Crosse
Elizabeth and Suzanne met through Henley Business School in 2019. They have since delivered together the Henley ICF Coach Mentoring Programme for coaches requiring the additional ICF coach mentor hours. They continue to support each other with their own ICF Coach Mentor Development
Elizabeth is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), with over 30 years of expertise in coaching, learning and development and was a pioneer in introducing internal coaching to the Civil Service. Her portfolio has included Deutsche Bank, Société Générale, London Business School, NHS, EUSA Pharma, Nestlé and various government departments including the Home Office and Ministry of Justice.
Her practice focuses on the professional development and personal growth of coaches. She is a supervisor, mentor, and academic research practitioner with a passion for fostering ‘practical wisdom’ and lifelong learning. As a mentor she has supported hundreds of coaches successfully achieving the International Coaching Federation’s ACC, PCC and MCC accreditations. As a supervisor she helps individuals engage in different, more beneficial ways to address current and future challenges during times of uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, and constant, rapid change.
Elizabeth has navigated dyslexia and dyspraxia to achieve three Masters degrees, including an MA in Coaching and Mentoring, and is currently working for her Doctorate. She was a Fellow of the CIPD and holds membership of the British Psychological Society, being qualified to administer a wide range of personality, ability and aptitude instruments.
